Adoption Agreement Overview

This Adoption Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Top Notch Paws (hereafter "Breeder") and the Adopting Party (hereafter "Adopter"). This Agreement ensures that both parties are aligned on the responsibilities, obligations, and expectations of ownership.

This legally binding Agreement outlines the ownership rights, breeding restrictions, health guarantees, payment terms, return policies, and any known health conditions of the puppy. Both parties understand that the puppy's health and well-being are of the utmost importance.

Health Guarantee

We are so confident in the way we raise our puppies that we offer an amazing health guarantee. This guarantee covers all life-threatening genetic disorders and health issues, reflecting our dedication to breeding healthy puppies.

We believe that while it is our responsibility to provide you with a healthy puppy, it is equally your responsibility to maintain the puppy's health throughout its life through proper care, nutrition, and regular veterinary checkups.

Return Policy

We sincerely hope that all our puppy placements are permanent. However, if you ever find yourself unable to keep your puppy, we ask that you return the puppy to us. This way, we can ensure that it is placed in a suitable new home.
