Agreement to Terms

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on Top Notch Paws's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

Puppy Sales Terms

Reservation and Payment

  • A deposit is required to reserve a puppy. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferable to another available puppy at our discretion.
  • Full payment is due before or at the time of puppy pickup.
  • All sales are final unless otherwise specified in our health guarantee.

Health Guarantee

All puppies come with our health guarantee as detailed on our Health Guarantee page. The guarantee is subject to the terms and conditions outlined therein.

Spay/Neuter Agreement

Unless specifically sold with breeding rights, all puppies must be spayed or neutered. Breeding rights are only granted with written agreement and additional fees.

Grooming Services Terms

  • Appointments must be scheduled in advance.
  • Cancellations require 24-hour notice to avoid cancellation fees.
  • Payment is due at the time of service.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to aggressive or unmanageable pets.

Disclaimer

The materials on Top Notch Paws's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. Top Notch Paws makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

Limitations

In no event shall Top Notch Paws or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Top Notch Paws's website, even if Top Notch Paws or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
