At Top Notch Paws, we stand behind every puppy we place. We are committed to breeding healthy, well-socialized puppies and providing you with the support you need.
Health Screening
All our breeding dogs undergo comprehensive health testing including:
- Genetic disease screening
- Hip and elbow evaluations
- Eye examinations
- Cardiac evaluations
- Regular veterinary check-ups
Puppy Health Guarantee
We provide a comprehensive health guarantee for all our puppies:
- 72-Hour Health Check: Your puppy comes with a 72-hour health guarantee. If your veterinarian finds any life-threatening congenital or hereditary defect within 72 hours of pickup, we will replace the puppy or provide a full refund.
- One-Year Genetic Health Guarantee: We guarantee against life-threatening genetic defects for one year from the date of birth. This includes conditions such as hip dysplasia, elbow dysplasia, and certain eye conditions.
- Veterinary Examination: All puppies receive a complete veterinary examination before going to their new homes, including vaccinations and deworming appropriate for their age.

Your Responsibilities
To maintain the health guarantee, you agree to:
- Have your puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of pickup
- Follow recommended vaccination and health care schedules
- Provide proper nutrition, exercise, and care
- Notify us immediately of any health concerns
- Not breed your puppy without our written consent
Spay/Neuter Agreement
All puppies are sold with a spay/neuter agreement unless specifically sold as breeding quality. Breeding rights are only granted with written agreement and additional fees.
Lifetime Support
Our commitment doesn't end at the sale. We're here to support you and your puppy throughout their life. We're always available to answer questions, provide guidance, and help with any concerns.
