Surround Yourself with Positivity
The people you spend time with shape your emotional weather. Seek out friends and mentors who encourage growth, celebrate small wins, and tell you the truth with kindness. You don’t need a crowd—just a few relationships where you can be honest and still feel hopeful.
Curate your social feeds with the same intention. Mute what drains you; follow voices that teach, uplift, or make you laugh without cruelty. You’re not obligated to absorb every headline in real time—protecting your attention is part of protecting your mindset.
Finally, notice your environments: the messy corner that nags at you, the lighting that makes you tired, the room where you only doomscroll. Small environmental wins—clear surfaces, daylight, a playlist that feels like morning—signal to your brain that life is workable, not just survivable.
