Overview
Task detail supports completion with optional undo toast. Schedule events link to rooms, services, and customers when configured. Care rules in admin may auto-generate tasks.
Steps
- Open task from Operations → Tasks or dashboard Today.
- Complete with notes when handoff matters.
- Edit schedule events when buyers reschedule pickups.
- Review care rules if mystery tasks appear overnight.
Practical note
Incomplete tasks on the dashboard are promises to your team—clear or complete them.
