Overview
Navigation Users toggles which app sidebar entries appear. Useful when a user has Store permission for orders but should not see Office reports.
Steps
- List modules each role truly needs.
- Apply navigation toggles after permissions are correct.
- Have user refresh or re-login to see changes.
Practical note
Navigation hides UI—it does not remove API access if permissions are too broad.
