Overview
/app/applets/schedule-tasks/ — monthly calendar, floating tasks, ahead list, and task edit modal. Staff member picker labels the active user for time entries.
Steps
- Open agenda/calendar at shift start for room assignments.
- Tap tasks to open detail and mark complete.
- Log time from header when labor tracking is enabled.
- Configure schedule categories in admin before staff rely on colors.
Practical note
This applet is the scheduler—no separate Schedule button needed.
Admin setup
Provision with admin login; keys in API Settings. Deposit defaults from General Settings.
Advanced options
Salesperson picker on POS/kiosk drives OrderUserID and commissions.
Troubleshooting
Tablet offline: applets need network for API; cache behavior differs from main PWA.
