Users & permissions (admin)

Overview

Admin → Users lists every user tied to your breeder account. Each user gets their own email login—avoid shared credentials. Permissions determine API and UI access; navigation assignments further hide modules a role should not see.

Steps

1. Open Users and add a user with a monitored business email.
2. Open the user detail page and assign permissions appropriate to their role (Kennel, Store, Office, Operations, etc.).
3. Use Navigation Users under Associations to toggle which sidebar entries appear for that user.
4. Have the user sign in at /app/ and confirm they see only intended modules.
5. Revoke or adjust permissions promptly when someone leaves the team.

Practical note

Least privilege beats “full access for everyone.”
