Schedule configuration (admin)

Overview

Under Admin → Schedule: Categories, Visit Services, Rooms, and Care Rules. Staff book visits in Operations → Schedule and on station applets.

Steps

1. Define categories that match how you book (pickups, vet, grooming, tours).
2. Create visit services with durations staff will actually honor.
3. Add rooms or resources if you prevent double-booking spaces.
4. Enable care rules only after testing—they can auto-create tasks.
5. Pair with Tasks & schedule for daily use.

Practical note

Too many service types confuse the calendar—start minimal.
