Overview

Office → Reports and Report Editor define exports. Contract Templates and Financing Programs support sales paperwork. Categories live under Admin → Categories.

Steps

  1. Start with one operational report (open deposits, upcoming pickups) before building dozens.
  2. Use report categories so staff find templates quickly.
  3. Upload contract templates your attorney approved—version them in Notes.
  4. Link financing programs to payment settings when offering third-party financing.
  5. App-side usage: Contracts, financing & reviews.

Practical note

Reports nobody runs are shelfware—schedule a monthly review.
